  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus Cleaned
  • 1 pkg Bacon
  • 4-6 tbsp Gochujang Plus More For Serving

Instructions to Make Gochujang Grilled Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

  • Taking 3 stalks of asparagus at a time, wrap each bunch with one slice of bacon. (Holding the asparagus near the cut end along with a bacon end in one hand easily allows wrapping the bacon up the bunch with your free hand.)
  • Grill the wrapped bunches until the bacon begins to crisp.
  • Brush with Gochujang, then flip.
  • Brush the other side, and then cook a minute longer.
  • Remove and serve.
