Cappa: Queen of Hearts
Cappa manages to capture teen-angst in the cool/quirky/sassy that seems to come so natural to her.
While many of us, myself included, don’t currently relate to the slightly juvenile content and feel of this album, I think we can all remember a time that we did.
There’s a youthful, carefree, lightness to this entire EP and regardless if you relate, you want to skip around your childhood room in your panties singing into your hairbrush to “Hey Hi Hello.”
I had fun listening to this album and will add it to my “Party Mode” playlist so I can get into a good mood while I put on my makeup on my way out to shake my booty.
My Rating
Score: 3.7
Must Listens: “Hey Hi Hello” & “Mad About You.”
