About Cami Kidder

Cami J. Kidder moved to Los Angeles in 2002 to pursue her dream of acting on the world stage. After taking a workshop in “The Artist Way,” she decided to start making her own films instead of waiting for someone else ‘to let’ her work. STORE, her first documentary, is about people and their stuff, won several “Best Documentary” awards in 2005 – 2006.

She has been at work on “Throw Like A Girl,” feature-length documentary about women striving for acceptance in the game of baseball for several years.

“Bottom of the 9th,” a short documentary about her father was the core of her coursework at VCFA where earned her M.F.A. in Film in October 2015. A former ski racer and coach, she also works as a freelance cinematographer and editor.
