One of my favorite things about shrimp is how versatile it is. So simple and easy to prepare, it is delicious just about any way you make it. And this Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp is definitely one of my personal favorites!
Enjoy some Lemon Pepper Shrimp Skewers made in the Air Fryer
You start off with some nice, plump medium shrimp. Peel and de-vein them if it isn’t done already. Then you just whip up some oil, lemon juice, and spices to cover your shrimp in before cooking it in the air fryer.
You end up with shrimp that is juicy and tender, with that fried taste we all love. The lemon pepper, juice, and spices combine to make this shrimp taste like summertime. Serve it up with a nice salad or steamed veggies for a meal that is light, healthy, and refreshing. Make an even bigger batch to share with friends and family.

I’m 100% serious when I say that this recipe is super simple to make. And when it comes to making eating fun, who doesn’t love to eat food of skewers? It makes it for a fun challenge that everyone really will enjoy.

Ingredients you need to make Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 12 ounces uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined
- 1 lemon sliced
Equipment Needed:

- Cutting Board
- Ramekin
- Bamboo Skewers or Bamboo Cocktail Picks
- Measuring Spoons
How to make Air Fryer Lemon Pepper Shrimp
We are using an 8 quart air fryer from Go Wise.
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Add shrimp and toss until coated.
- Place shrimp in the air fryer and cook until pink and firm, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with lemon slices.
Note: I poured the remaining marinade mixture over the top of the shrimp in the air fryer.
